I left everything to the last minute but lucky Bam are so great and able to sort my daughters 5th birthday party ‘unicorn’ theme balloons so quick and beautifully!

The customer service with BAM was so excellent. Marissa rang me to let me know that the weather would be wet & rainy on the day my balloons were deliver to my son’s house in Darwin so she delivered them later in the day to be sure they were secure. I was really impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend BAM especially if you need a delivery in Darwin and you are in another location outside the NT.

I was extremely disappointed at how thin the candles were. I have some silver cake candles which are the same height but much thicker and therefore more elegant and dramatic. I had hoped these would be the same thickness.

I made my daughter’s party mermaid theme just so I could have this balloon in my life and it did not disappoint! A week later and it’s still thriving in our living room.

I only ordered my number balloon set at 11 pm the Friday night and my order was delivered to the venue on time for my friends 30th. Easy to order and AMAZING service
