Refund policy

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, or in the event your order does not arrive in time for your party so please choose carefully and select the shipping option that suits your timeframes.  View our shipping policy to get an estimate of shipping times.

We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged. Please contact us at hello@bampartyandevents.com.au within 14 days of placing your order so we can arrange for return and/or replacement of your goods. You will need to provide photos or proof of the damaged items at this time and may be asked to return the items for us to inspect.

Approved refunds will be made by the original purchase method excluding shipping costs. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Returns/Exchanges

If you change your mind or would like to return an item we will happily exchange it for a store credit.  Please contact us at hello@bampartyandevents.com.au within 14 days of placing your order so we can arrange for a store credit.  Products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original intact packaging.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return has been approved or not. The shipping cost to return the product is a responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds or returns/exchanges are not offered on sale items, digital products,  special order or custom items.

BAM Party and Events does not refund shipping costs for incorrect delivery addresses or orders that do not arrive in time for your event. Please view our shipping policy for estimates on shipping times.

For hire items please refer to the hire agreement provided at the time of making your booking.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned these include custom or personalised products, digital products and balloons. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Balloons

Inflated balloons are non-refundable and we do not guarantee them after they have left our store.  Unfortunately, balloons are fragile by nature and there may be times when they pop before your event. We understand this is disappointing, however it is beyond our control.  Please refer to  Balloon Float Times for more information about how to care for your inflated balloons.
