Local Pick Up (Darwin Only)

Unfortunately, since closing our retail store we no longer offer local pick up in Darwin. 

Local Delivery (Darwin/Palmerston)

Local delivery is available to the Darwin/Palmerston area, please select your preferred date and time for delivery at the checkout. If you need your items delivered urgently or at a time that is not available when checking out, please contact us at hello@bampartyandevents.com.au prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!  Local delivery starts at $15.

Shipping (within Australia)

We ship Australia Wide!

Standard shipping is $15

Express shipping is $20

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. Please note: Free shipping may not apply during promotional or sale periods. Any updates to shipping offers during sales will be clearly displayed at checkout or in promotional banners.

For bulky items a shipping quote will be sent to you separately. 

We are located in Darwin, if you need to refer to Public Holiday dates to estimate delivery of your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. If your order is urgent we advise you select the Express shipping service.

We do advise that you allow as much lead time as you can before your event to avoid disappointment. If your order is urgent we recommend using the express post service offered. Please feel free to provide the date of your event in the notes when checking out.

For most areas express post should take approx. 3-4 business days from the date it is lodged with the post office and standard post approx. 7-10 business days from the date it is lodged with the post office. However, this is a guide only and we cannot guarantee the actual delivery time.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and any congestions experienced by Aus Post. Once a parcel has been lodged with the Aus Post we can not intercept it.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. For accurate delivery time frames please refer to the Australia Post website.   

We do not refund orders that do not arrive in time for your event.
