1. Payment in full is required for Mustard Made Orders.

2. If your selected product/colour is out of stock it will be placed on backorder. This will be communicated with you as soon as we can along with an expected delivery date.

3. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except for major faults.

4. Delays can occur from circumstances that are beyond our control. We will do our best to minimise these and keep you informed of any delays that do occur.

5. A bulky item fee applies for lockers. This is charged per item. There are no additional charges for shipping.
