1. Payment in full is required for pre-orders.

2. If your selected product/colour is out of stock it will be placed on backorder. This will be communicated with you as soon as we can along with an expected delivery date.

3. Pre-orders close at 10am on Tuesday 29 October. Any requests received after this time will not be able to be included in this round of orders. Further information will be provided on expected delivery date for orders placed after this date.

4. Expected arrival date of the products into BAM is mid-late November.

5. You will be contacted by email when the pre-ordered product has arrived.

6. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except for major faults.

7. Products will be available for pick up from our store during trading hours. We are located at Shop 1, 132 Smith Street Darwin City.

8. Delays can occur from circumstances that are beyond our control. We will do our best to minimise these and keep you informed of any delays that do occur.
