FAQ

Where are the photos taken?

We are back at BAM Party & Events HQ this year (132 Smith St Darwin City)

What will the set up look like?

We will have a similar, interactive setting to previous years which is perfect for young children and families.  It won't be exactly the same but you will see some similarities.  

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your session, sessions are booked back-to-back so it is important that you arrive on time. If you are late we may not be able to offer the full 10 minutes allocated to capture your photos.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, in the past people have worn anything from smart casual, matching Christmas pj's or something a little more dressy! The photoshoot will be taking place indoors in aircon. 

What do I do if I can’t make it to my session anymore?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable, however please let us know if you can no longer make it as we may be able to change your timeslot (depending on availability) and we often have a waitlist (a refund may be available IF we can fill your place). Alternatively, you might like to give it to a friend or family member – if this is the case please just let us know by emailing hello@bampartyandevents.com.au.

Can I bring my dog/cat/pet?

Yes, we can accommodate well behaved pets again this year. Please ensure you clean up after your pets and be mindful that there will be other families around with young children.

When will I get my photos?

You will receive your 5 digital photos via e-mail within 7 days of your session.
