1. Payment in full is required for pre-orders.

2. If your selected product/colour is out of stock it will be placed on backorder. This will be communicated with you as soon as we can along with an expected delivery date.

3. Orders placed by the 25th of each month will arrive (approx) mid the following month.

4. You will be contacted by either phone or email when the pre-ordered product has arrived to arrange delivery. We offer free delivery for orders over $150 to Darwin & Palmerston area. Deliveries beyond Palmerston can be arranged for a delivery fee.

5. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except for major faults.

6. Delays can occur from circumstances that are beyond our control. We will do our best to minimise these and keep you informed of any delays that do occur.
