1. Payment in full is required for pre-orders.
2. If your selected product/colour is out of stock it will be placed on backorder. This will be communicated with you as soon as we can along with an expected delivery date.
3. Orders placed by the 25th of each month will arrive (approx) mid the following month.
4. You will be contacted by email when the pre-ordered product has arrived.
5. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except for major faults.
6. Products will be available for pick up from our store during trading hours. We are located at Shop 1, 132 Smith Street Darwin City.
7. Delays can occur from circumstances that are beyond our control. We will do our best to minimise these and keep you informed of any delays that do occur.
